Hours and Salary

+ **Hours are: 830am-5pm (40 hours a week)**

+ **Salary: $81,120- $89,440 per year, depending on licensure**

Key Responsibilities

+ Therapeutic Interventions:

+ Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.

+ Perform psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations.

+ Risk and Crisis Management:

+ Conduct risk assessments and provide interventions as necessary.

+ Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support to maintain a safe environment.

+ Collaboration and Consultation:

+ Provide behavioral health consultation to multidisciplinary clinical teams and correctional personnel.

+ Support care coordination for patients transitioning to community-based behavioral health services.

+ Treatment Planning and Implementation:

+ Initiate, develop, and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans.

+ Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.

+ Training and Education:

+ Participate in team meetings and staff training programs.

+ Assist in orienting new staff members and conducting in-service training sessions.

+ Documentation and Reporting:

+ Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

+ Prepare necessary reports and records to meet compliance standards.

+ Safety and Compliance:

+ Follow standard precautions, including the use of personal protective equipment, as required.

+ Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.

Key Qualifications

+ **Educational Background:**

+ **Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related Mental Health discipline.**

+ **Licensure:**

+ **Active and unrestrictive license as a LMHC, LCSW or Pyschologist**

+ **Experience:**

+ **Counseling experience in a correctional setting (preferred)**

+ **Familiar with Baker's ACT**

+ **Certification:**

+ **BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required).**

+ Additional Requirements:

+ Ability to pass a background check, security clearance, and drug screening.
