+ Manage production, materials, health & safety, and quality control across the value stream

+ Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans

What You Bring

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent

+ 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership (focused on Supply Chain)

+ Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management

+ Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions

+ Experience in health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

+ Adaptive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments

+ Proven ability to negotiate, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure
