• Project Manager

    International (Lisle, IL)


    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and communicate the status of various miscellaneous programs, with a strong emphasis on program metrics and performance tracking. This role is critical in ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals across all sustaining programs.

    Responsibilities

    + Program Tracking & Monitoring

    + Manage and monitor sustaining programs through all stages of the Change Control Board (CCB) Process.

    + Ensure timely updates and accurate documentation at each phase of the program lifecycle.

    + Reporting & Analysis

    + Summarize and report program status relative to original targets and completion milestones.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to communicate progress to stakeholders.

    + Governance & Coordination

    + Set and manage the agenda for the Change Control Review Board meetings.

    + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure program alignment and timely decision-making.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + At least 2 years of technical project/program management experience

    OR

    + Master’s degree

    OR

    + At least 4 years of technical project/program management experience

    Additional Requirements

    + Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
