About the Sustainability Program Associate Position
Full-time
Non-exempt

The Sustainability Program Associate provides clerical and planning support to staff in the Sustainability department, including PUSH Green programming. The Program Associate serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external community members on all matters pertaining to PUSH’s Sustainability and PUSH Green programming.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage main phone lines, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
+ Support outreach campaigns, events, and workshops.
+ Process program applications and maintain accurate databases (Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel).
+ Assist with intake and reporting for energy efficiency and clean energy programs.
+ Maintain current knowledge of sustainability program requirements and updates.
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma or equivalent; customer service and outreach experience preferred.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
+ Comfortable with community engagement, cold calling, and event support.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
+ Valid NYS driver’s license; Spanish language skills a plus.
