    About the Tenant Services Coordinator Position

    TheTenant Services Coordinatorsupports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial properties. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional tenant service, coordinating maintenance and leasing activities, managing rent collection and related processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and fostering positive tenant relationships.

    What You’ll Do

    + Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.

    + Show and lease residential and commercial spaces; process applications and renewals.

    + Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish and follow up with tenants.

    + Collect and process rent, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.

    + Prepare required notices and assist with legal proceedings for non-payment if needed.

    + Maintain organized tenant files and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

    + Support marketing efforts and tenant engagement events.

     

    Who We’re Looking For

     

    + Friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service.

    + 2+ years of experience in property management or tenant services, ideally across both residential and commercial settings.

    + Knowledgeable about lease compliance, Fair Housing regulations, and property operations.

    + Tech-savvy and organized — able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping accurate records.

    + Thrive in a diverse environment and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

    + Problem-solver and team player who’s ready to jump in and support wherever needed.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; Salesforce experience a plus.

    + Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.

    + Spanish language skills are a strong plus.

    + Must reside in the Buffalo, NY area and have reliable transportation.
