Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Communications

As part of Walmart EBS Global Finance & Business Services, you’ll help shape and execute strategic initiatives that support our transformation and operational excellence. This role partners closely with the Chief of Staff to drive high-impact projects, elevate team communications, and foster a strong associate experience and culture. You’ll make an impact by…

+ Leading strategic projects and initiatives in partnership with the Chief of Staff

+ Creating executive-level communications and team-wide messaging

+ Developing presentations and narratives that bring data and strategy to life

+ Planning and coordinating events such as town halls, team builders, and training sessions

+ Managing organizational tasks and project timelines across multiple workstreams

+ Reporting key metrics, wins, and insights for executive consumption

+ Conducting listening sessions with associates to gather feedback and drive engagement

+ Supporting associate experience initiatives and culture-building efforts

+ Driving operational efficiencies and visibility across teams

+ Escalating and resolving issues, and providing clear communications across stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience in program or project management

+ Experience in strategic communications and executive storytelling

+ Strong organizational and event planning skills

+ PMP and/or CSM certifications are a plus

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams

+ High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

+ Strong analytical and presentation skills

+ Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

+ A team player who thrives on collaboration and results

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
