Job Summary
Join our EPIC Core Clinical Systems, where you'll play a critical role in managing and securing information systems throughout their lifecycle. This position combines leadership in application systems analysis and programming with a strong focus on cybersecurity and operational excellence.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday - Friday (On call support required, as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
+ Cybersecurity & Information Systems Management:
+ Maintain full awareness of all information systems within your scope.
+ Understand and manage sensitive data stored, transmitted, or processed on these systems.
+ Enforce security principles including least privilege and least functionality.
+ Identify potential cybersecurity incidents and understand your role in incident response.
+ Applications Systems Leadership:
+ Lead feasibility studies, cost/time estimates, and implementation of new or revised systems and programs.
+ Project software and hardware requirements to support business and clinical needs.
+ Assign and direct personnel across multiple projects; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
+ Advise team members on policies, technical challenges, priorities, and methodologies.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Coordinate with other information systems teams to align activities and ensure seamless integration.
+ Prepare and present activity and progress reports to leadership.
+ Operational Excellence:
+ Drive quality, productivity, and efficiency in application implementation and support.
+ Monitor project plans to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
+ Manage expenses to meet budget goals.

Qualifications
+ Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
+ Experience: Minimum two years demonstrated management or supervisory experience, required .
+ Licensure/Certification: Obtain Application System Certification, required .
+ EPIC certification/s strongly preferred
+ Additional Skills Required:
+ Ability to effectively lead meetings for team, projects, business partners.
+ Prioritize multiple responsibilities.
+ Conflict resolution and management skills.
+ Manage project plans.
+ Maintain/manage backlog boards, enhancement requests, requests for improvement logs, incident logs.
+ Demonstrates Competency in change readiness for the organization, being flexible as priorities change.
+ Strong organizational skills. Organizes tasks, resources and coordinates activities among multiple disciplines.
+ Effective delegation and decision making skills. Effective analytical, problem solving and diplomacy skills.
