About UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital

Allen Hospital is a 204-bed community hospital serving the Cedar Valley and is the busiest hospital in the area. We care for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency, and cardiac patients than any other hospital in our 10-county service area. Our outpatient facilities, United Medical Park and Prairie Parkway, provide accessible care across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

+ Readings limited to emergency and inpatient exams (CT, X-ray, ultrasound, occasionally Nuc med MRI)

+ Schedule Swing shift: One week on / one week off

+ Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

+ Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

+ ABR/AOBR Certified or Eligible radiologist with fellowship training and/or clinical

+ Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the

+ state of Iowa

+ Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to

+ prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to

+ the physician’s field of practice
