Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

+ Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records

+ Support scheduling and appointment coordination

+ Partner with clinical teams to keep the patient experience seamless

Qualifications

Education:

+ High School diploma/GED required.

Other:

+ Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and communicate in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
