Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Account Receivable, will lead transformation initiatives for the accounts receivable function. This role requires strong financial analysis capabilities and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to optimize cash flow and resolve complex issues. The position involves overseeing project management initiatives to enhance processes and maintain compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership in driving operational excellence and supporting organizational financial objectives through strategic oversight and continuous improvement efforts.
About the team:
The Accounts Receivable team is essential to maintaining the organization’s financial integrity by managing the complete lifecycle of incoming payments and customer account reconciliation. Key responsibilities on the team include accurate billing and dispute resolution, precise cash application, and diligent collections management. The team ensures transparent transactions, maintains a clean general ledger, and effectively handles outstanding balances. Members collaborate to uphold high standards of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. This environment fosters professional growth and innovation while supporting the organization’s financial health through strong stakeholder engagement and effective project management.
What you'll do:
+ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain compliance with company policies.
+ Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
+ Lead projects aimed at enhancing accounts receivable systems and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts receivable team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
What you'll bring:
+ Extensive experience in accounts receivable management and financial analysis within a complex corporate environment.
+ Strong knowledge of internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively across multiple departments.
+ Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of transformational initiatives.
+ Expertise in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and improve accounts receivable processes.
+ Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
