    - **Job Type:** Full-time, Remote

     

    - **Location:** Remote

     

    - **Pay Rate:** $44.21 per hour

     

    - **Shift:** Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - any time zone

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with the salesforce team to ensure accurate territorial alignment.

     

    - Process variable incentive plans and commissions for the sales team.

     

    - Manage rebate processes and maintain accurate records.

     

    - Utilize Excel and SAP to analyze data and generate reports.

     

    - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues.

     

    - Ask insightful questions to drive problem-solving initiatives.

     

    - Ensure compliance with payroll processes conducted twice per month.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

    - Self-motivated and proactive in identifying challenges and solutions.

     

    - Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

     

    - Background in office management and rebate processes preferred.

     

    - No Bachelor’s degree required.
