    Duration: 06 months contract

    Job Summary:

    The Clinical Pharmacology Modeling & Simulation (CPMS) group in Thousand Oaks, CA. The individual in this position will be responsible for analysis, forecasting, and tracking of data ranging from project deliverables to timelines around dataset and report delivery, as well as creating process materials such as manuals, guides and schematics. Coordinating timelines across functions and cross-functional communication will also be a key responsibility. Other duties include quality control (QC) and other projects as needed.

     

    This position requires a BS or MS degree in life sciences, computer science, and/or mathematics, strong verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience with data analysis and/or programming in R/SAS is ideal but not required, with a preference of experience in scientific research fields.

    Responsibilities:

    + Analysis, forecasting, and tracking of data ranging from project deliverables to timelines around dataset and report delivery

    + Creating process materials such as manuals, guides and schematics

    + Coordinating timelines and active communications across functions

    Ideal Candidate:

    + 0-2 years of experience at least Bachelor's degree (Academia or Post Grad - any industry in life sciences, mathematics or computer science)

    + Strong analysis, software (eg, Microsoft Office such as Excel), and information tracking skills. Project management experience is a plus.

    + Hybrid Work Set Up | LOCAL with willingness to come in to the ATO office ~2-3x a week

    Must Require Skills:

    + Familiarity with processes and data flows

    + Good organizational and communication skills

    + Good data handling, tracking, and writing skills
