    GT Environmental Technical Lead

    Job Description:

    GT Environmental Technical Lead, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Build and maintain effective partnerships with company IT functions, software vendors and System Integrators (“SI”) to ensure the delivered solution meets the Program objectives. Execute legacy remediation efforts including legacy impacts, and legacy remediation environment activities. Create and align legacy environment refresh schedules between project teams and business-as-usual teams using communication tools such as coordination and ServiceNow. Create and ensure legacy environment compliance with testing, security, audit, architectural and disaster recovery standards. Coordinate with leaders to ensure quality. Handle needs and expectations of stakeholders while delivering solutions. Align program teams to Global ERP Solution. Work closely with Agile Teams to manage application environments. Coordinating the build of Environment, Infrastructure among multiple technical, security, database, application, functional and non-technical teams for various environments (on premise and in Azure cloud) by providing the required details/specifications/release requirements.

     

    40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, and five (5) years of related work experience.

     

    In the alternative, the employer will accept seven (7) years of related work experience.

    Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

    • Software Development lifecycle using Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall & Safe;

    • Environment and release management;

    • Supporting data load activities and product integration tests and user acceptance tests;

    • Handling environment mapping across SAP and non-SAP applications and projects to ensure application readiness for multiple test phases;

    • Using Microsoft based technologies to interact with management for project idea alignment; and

    • Creating and ensuring application environments compliance with testing, security, audit, architectural, and disaster recovery standards for Legacy/Saas/On-Premise/3rd party systems.

     

    Telecommuting permitted up to one (1) day per week.

     

    Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

     

    Up to 20% domestic travel required.

    Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

     

    If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

    $139,027 - $149,027/yr.
