Our Commercial Products team is seeking a Health Management Consultant to provide consulting services to help envision, design, develop, implement and support health and wellness programs and capabilities needed for client groups to achieve their organizational objectives\. This position supports Account Management and our mid to large commercial clients with their wellness products, wellness strategy, and population health goals in the greater Nashville area\. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial health management products as well as creating, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programming\. This client\-facing role requires strong virtual and in\-person presentation skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and develop solutions based on identified needs\.Candidates must live in the greater Nashville area to travel to Nashville clients\.This position offers a Monday\-Friday work schedule\. Job Responsibilities
+ Communicating effectively with clients to build long\-term relationships to drive wellness solution strategies that help clients achieve their corporate wellness targets\.
+ Providing ongoing expertise and consulting to client group leaders and stakeholders regarding all aspects of wellness initiatives, programs, evaluation and promotion strategies\.
+ Working directly with customers to analyze data, design wellness program solutions, promote engagement, and evaluate effectiveness\.
+ Monitoring client\-specific wellness goals, objectives and performance, and identifying trends and opportunities specific to each client\.
+ Valid Driver's License required\.
+ Up to 50% travel required\.
Job Qualifications
_Education_
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
_Experience_
+ 3 years \- Experience in the healthcare industry required
_Skills\\Certifications_
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability\.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office \(Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint\)
+ Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
+ Excellent time and project management skills
+ Strong strategic planning, change management, and process management skills
+ Strong strategic planning, analytical and decision\-making skills
+ Commercial health management products or creating, implementing, and evaluating health and wellness programming required
Employees who are required to operate either a BCBST\-owned vehicle or a personal or rental vehicle for company business on a routine basis\* will be automatically enrolled into the BCBST Driver Safety Program\. The employee will also be required to adhere to the guidelines set forth through the program\. This includes, maintaining a valid driver’s license, auto insurance compliance with minimum liability requirements; as defined in the “Use of Non BCBST\-Owned Vehicle” Policy \(for employees driving personal or rental vehicles only\); and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record \(MVR\)\.\*The definition for "routine basis" is defined as daily, weekly or at regularly schedule times\.
