Responsibilities

Coordinate facility services for assigned areas.

+ Coordinate, organize and complete daily moves and set-up requests within the designated time frames.

+ Ensure installations conform to customer requests and safety standards.

+ Receive and distribute materials throughout the facility to include interoffice mail.

+ Process outgoing mail.

+ Respond to questions and/or concerns from staff.

+ Ensure smooth operations of kitchen, storeroom, and office supply inventory program, focusing on reducing inventory levels.

+ Monitor office supply and food spending for meetings.

+ Oversee receipts and disbursements of office supply inventory.

+ Make trips to suppliers when necessary.

+ May create purchase orders for assigned areas.

+ Set up audio visual equipment or other items as requested.

+ Provide back-up to other facilities services coordinators and receptionists on an as needed basis.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Additional Preferences

+ Experience with travel administrative duties

+ Google Suite

+ Creating invoices

+ Setting up meeting rooms

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
