+ Organize and manage logistics for public affairs events, stakeholder meetings, and screenings, ensuring alignment with WBD’s corporate messaging and community engagement goals.

+ Facilitate onboarding calls with film and television productions to introduce Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility programs, and maintain a global tracking database of active productions.

+ Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at the state and local levels, and coordinate with internal subject matter experts to ensure WBD’s advocacy positions are accurately represented.

+ Support communication and relationship management with Warner Bros. Studio neighbors, including timely notifications of production, construction, or event-related impacts.

+ Conduct research on policy issues, nonprofit organizations, and community needs to inform outreach strategies and support data-driven decision-making across Public Affairs initiatives.

    Qualifications & Experience...

+ 2-4 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within a corporate or entertainment industry setting.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally across diverse audiences and manage sensitive issues with discretion.

+ Experience working in a legislative office, entertainment/media company, or event management environment.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and legislative tracking tools is a plus.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.

You can find them at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/ along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day.
