    Description

    Our Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital is seeking to hire a part-time Program Manager to support our Bringing Baby Home Training Program. In this dynamic role, you'll help drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure smooth coordination across hospital departments and stake holders. Primary duties include:

     

    + Lead and manage projects aligned with hospital goals using lean methodology

    + Track progress, analyze performances, and communicate updates to stakeholders

    + Support daily operations, meetings, and events for the department

    + Handle administrative tasks including billing, travel, scheduling, and onboarding

    + Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient office and program functioning

     

    Please note: this is a limited position that may convert to career.

     

    Salary: $33.96 - $69.54/hrQualifications

     

    Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcarefield

     

    Minimum 2+ years of hands on projectmanagement experience

     

    Proficiency in project management software and tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

     

    Working knowledge of patient accounts, patient access services, medical records, medical authorization procedures, etc.

     

    Strong public speaking and presentation skills

     

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, Cloud storage platforms, online meeting platforms, and business intelligence tools

     

    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively

     

    Demonstrated understanding of patient confidentiality and sensitivity in patient/family interactions

     

    Prior experience with EPIC (EHR/EMR systems) preferred

     

    Experience coordinating with nursing staff and supporting clinical operations
