Responsibilities
+ Work with USMC DMAG users to research and resolve complex Navy ERP materials management module tickets and provide on the job training to lower-level CSS and Government personnel on these issues
+ Facilitate Month, Quarter and Year End closing activities and direct other CSS personnel in the successful completion of these activities
+ Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and strategic advisor in collaboration with USMC DMAG in a wide range of meetings specific to the Material Management, Purchase Orders, and Controlling modules of Navy ERP
+ Review CSS developed Navy ERP training documentation and provides recommendations for improvement
+ Conduct in person or virtual (via TEAMS) training on Navy ERP
Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications
+ Education:
+ MS or MA degree in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline"
+ BS or BA degree or an additional three (3) years of experience can be substituted for an MS or MA degree. An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
+ Experience:
+ At least ten (10) years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to material management.
+ Other Requirements:
+ This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance
+ Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience:
+ Have a working knowledge of the material management process within NAVAIR and its application to FMS Requirements
+ System of System analysis including analysis of alternatives and recommendations for technology investment to drive system performance
+ Planning and guiding systems engineering studies, analysis efforts, and risk working groups
+ Experience supporting programs within the DoD material management community is required

+ English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors.

+ Ability to train, lead projects, and direct employees.
+ Customer service oriented, detail-focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability.
