This position will be a contributor to various quality improvement projects, anticipated to have a focus on eQMS organization.

The daily activities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Lead initiative to reorganize all site-controlled documents;

+ Assist with event management, documenting investigation updates and coordinating with other departments to ensure actions are completed;

+ Assist with customer complaint resolution by providing updates in web-based platform;

+ Documenting RMA evaluations and writing formal complaint responses;

+ Co-lead project to reorganize quality training program;

+ Participate in project planning meetings;

+ Independently complete assigned tasks, mostly computer based;

+ Coordinate and collect required information as needed from other departments;

+ Organize and manage electronic files;

+ Report status updates.

+ Currently pursuing/enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing degree (Bachelors or Masters) within mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering or other related fields.

+ Technical Requirement – Comfortable of using Microsoft Office Software and spend time in shopfloor

+ Preferred experience – Any industrial experience is plus.

This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.-
