    Position Overview: Provide evaluations, individual, group and/or family therapy to clients referred. Participate in weekly clinical supervision.

     

    Position Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor – Limited Permit (MHC-LP), Licensed Master Social Worker, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Experience as mental health professional with families and child/adolescent population. At no time during employment can the employee be placed on the Medicaid Exclusion List or otherwise prohibited from providing Medicaid services in New York State. ** Services are provided in the home or the community**

     

    Salary: Limited Permit - $70,000.00 annually

     

    Licensed, Non LCSW - $77,000.00 annually

     

    LCSW - $80,000.00 annually
