+ This role is part of the Accounting Automation team within Finance. You’ll provide technical and analytical support, along with data and subject matter expertise, to various finance groups. You’ll also support and develop financial systems applications and act as an internal consultant to identify automation opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
What you'll do
+ Support the Hyperion Planning application, including monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, metadata, and calculation logic.
+ Maintain system configurations and user permissions.
+ Assist users with system issues, reports, forms, and models.
+ Update planning hierarchies and coordinate changes with Controllers.
+ Collaborate with finance teams to gather reporting requirements and propose efficient solutions.
+ Develop Essbase cubes, Planning applications, reports, and forecasting models.
+ Utilize Microsoft technologies such as MS Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
+ Takes initiative to learn the business and team’s needs to improve internal processes, best practices and data quality
+ Manage projects and provide project support for Hyperion and other planning solutions

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience/training.
+ 3 years work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial statements, as well as financial modeling and analysis
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Experience with Hyperion (Essbase, Planning) development and administration.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including MS Copilot, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
+ Familiarity with Oracle, Teradata, and multi-dimensional/relational database structures.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Oracle Hyperion certification preferred.
+ Strong data analytics and financial modeling skills.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and task prioritization.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
