Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement scalable deployment processes for robotic systems in fulfillment centers. Create and maintain technical documentation, quality control standards, and deployment playbooks. Conduct cycle time studies and labor analyses. Develop sustainability initiatives and recycling programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize installation and commissioning procedures.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) developing technical documentation and work instructions for industrial automation systems; (2) performing quality control assessments and process improvement; (3) conducting time and motion studies; (4) implementing sustainable manufacturing practices; and (5) using project management tools and data analysis software. Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
