Position Responsibilities:
Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organization vision. Guide the direction of supply chain activities by applying understanding of technical requirements and working closely with the internal development teams to execute. Manage highly cross functional programs that have significant complexity and ambiguity. Prepare and provide detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management. Drive strategic bill of materials (BOM) reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications. Drive strategic inventory of long-lead, unique materials in a timely manner to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling. Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $162,700/year to $220,200/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering. or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Support Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering. or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) developing, negotiating and executing business agreements and commercial contracts; (2) using data and metrics to measure impact, determine improvements, and translate results into actionable insights; (3) presenting data and insights to C-suite senior leadership and drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to leadership; (4) leading cross-functional supply-chain and logistics programs; and (5) working on and leading the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives.#0000
