Lead the product strategy for AI-powered software development solutions at Amazon
• Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of AI-powered solutions. In this rapidly evolving and highly ambiguous space, you'll need to navigate uncertainties while making strategic decisions that revolutionize how all roles in technology teams—including engineers, product managers, designers, and technical program managers—work and collaborate at scale.
• Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for AI-native solutions in a fast-paced, emerging technology landscape
- Thrive in ambiguity while creating clarity and direction for cross-functional teams
- Navigate complex trade-offs between innovation, practicality, and risk in the evolving AI space
- Collaborate with diverse technical teams to translate product vision into comprehensive solutions
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, and delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform product direction
- Champion product adoption across Amazon's vast technology organization

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
