Description
Amazon’s Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) Account Integrity team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Principal Product Manager - Tech to drive delivery of projects with broad-reaching, critical strategic impact. BRP designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent account takeover, prevent bots, and prevent bad actors from operating in Amazon's stores. Our software and analytics teams constantly strive to outsmart those who attempt to defraud Amazon and our customers. This leads to a highly dynamic work environment working with brilliant people who understand how to invent and simplify in a disruptive environment as the force of good for Amazon.
As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech working on Account Integrity, you will contribute to the team's roadmap and own goals to increase security and reduce account takeover impact to Amazon Customers and the Amazon business. In this role, you will interact with a broad cross-section of the Amazon organization and negotiate effective solutions between teams to protect every Amazon account. Regardless of whether a customer is using their Alexa devices, reading a Kindle book, managing their Seller business, or ordering groceries for home, the person successful in this role understands the broad set of Customers and protects them so that we continuously deliver a delightful range of experiences across all of Amazon's businesses.
About the team
Account Integrity's mission is to prevent bad actors from using the Amazon brand or Amazon accounts to harm customers, sellers, and the Amazon business.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
