Brady Sullivan Properties are adding to their team. We are experiencing phenomenal growth and are seeking an energetic and experienced senior planning and development strategy professional. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform due diligence research and entitlements.

+ Prepare and submit requests for and attend pre-application conferences.

+ Attend public hearings and present projects to planning commissions, city councils, and hearings officers.

+ Review development applications for site plan review, design review, conditional use permits, zone changes, and comprehensive plan map amendments and prepared analyses, staff reports, conditions of approval, and notices of decision.

+ Create and maintain a submittal schedule that aligns with the overall project timeline to ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved on time.

Requirements:

+ 5 years of professional experience in land use planning, entitlement, permitting, or related development activities.

+ Experience with large-scale Residential development projects preferred.

+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

+ Considerable knowledge of the principles of land use planning and historic preservation.

+ Excellent client service orientation.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and results driven environment.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

+ Occasional travel to project sites, public hearings, and agency meetings (up to 25%).

+ Ability to conduct on-site evaluations of project conditions.
