This is a remote position but there will be meetings onsite in NYC a few times each month.  Candidates must live close enough to attend these meetings.

PMP Certification is required.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring successful outcomes that align with business objectives. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead and direct project personnel, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project goals.

+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

+ Oversee cost, scope, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria.

+ Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

+ Prepare project documentation and reports to maintain visibility and transparency throughout the lifecycle.

+ Conduct regular project meetings and status reviews with internal teams and clients.

+ Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

+ 6+ years of experience managing projects across technical or enterprise environments.

+ Strong command of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and visualization tools like MS Visio or Lucidchart.

+ Certifications: PMP required.

+ Excellent problem-solving, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
