    Customer Account Manager

    Job Description:

    Looking to elevate your career in sales? As our Customer Account Manager for the Medium Segment team, you will generate revenue daily by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage’s existing install customer base for Medium Segment customers. To thrive in this role, you will drive sales through add-on services attachment, upgrades of business care plans, migration to additional Sage products/services, and renewals of existing services. These goals and objectives are achieved through effective management and coordination with channel partners, Internal Sage teams, and customers in your assignment.

     

    This is a hybrid position in our Lawrenceville office, with three days a week in the office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Manage the renewal process for Accounts and build strong customer relationships while delivering customer-centric solutions.

    •  Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers and channel partners consistently.

    •  Resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

    •  Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, close dates, pipeline, and leads.

    •  Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting.

    •𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

    •  3+ years of account management or indirect (channel) sales experience preferred.

    •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    •  Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes.

    •  Self-motivated and can work within a collaborative team environment.

    •  B2B consultative sales experience.
