    Incumbents of the Inside Sales Representative position have averaged $93,000/year (This figure does include bonuses)

     

    ROA Positions are eligible for annual bonuses-

     

    Annual Return on Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 25.4% of eligible earnings (up to 33% eligible earnings).

     

    Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20% of eligible earnings

    Basic Job Functions:

    The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with our team to manage customer accounts, create new customer accounts, and develop existing customer opportunities.

     

    This position will require coordinating with outside sales, production, shipping, mill leadership and metallurgist to sell product and service customers.

     

    This position will need to provide appropriate pricing and availability to customers on inquiries, while also entering orders timely and accurately with attention to detail.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Five+ years customer service experience or a bachelors degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business or related field

     

    Merchant bar quality/rebar product knowledge

     

    Prior sales experience in manufacturing environment
