Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance within the roofing industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the development and testing of roofing products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Process Technician

**Location:** Granville, OH

**Pay Range:** $25

**Shift:** 7am - 3pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Operate the shingle prototype line and support process development activities

+ Conduct product testing and evaluate prototypes to improve quality and productivity

+ Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues efficiently to minimize downtime

+ Assist with assembly, modification, and maintenance of process equipment and prototypes

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed and participate in continuous safety initiatives

What's Needed?

+ Manufacturing and/or quality control experience, with a background in manufacturing operations or quality assurance processes

+ Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools such as sockets, wrenches, and screwdrivers

+ Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and cross-functional partners

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
