Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality production processes, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Cockeysville, MD

**Pay Range:** $21

**Shift:** 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.

+ Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.

+ Support team goals by working collaboratively and efficiently within a team environment.

+ Follow standard operating procedures and work under direct supervision to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

+ Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ One to two years of true machine operating experience.

+ Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations.

+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

+ Willingness to work flexible and extended hours, including night shifts.
