Our client, a leading organization in high-tech manufacturing, is seeking a Instrument Test Technician to join their team. As a Instrument Test Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting quality assurance and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Instrument Test Technician

**Location:** San Jose, CA

**Pay Range:** $28

**Shift:** 1st Shift

What's the Job?

+ Conduct production testing of assembled flow cytometers and related medical device products.

+ Perform system-level and subassembly troubleshooting to identify root causes of failures.

+ Analyze test results, replace or repair defective components, and document findings accurately.

+ Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to resolve testing issues and improve processes.

+ Ensure products meet performance specifications and standards through final inspection and testing.

What's Needed?

+ Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

+ 3+ years of related experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

+ Proficiency with test equipment such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, and general test instruments.

+ Knowledge of safety procedures, ISO 9000, and cGMP 21 CFR part 820 standards.
