• Location:** Bellevue, WA – **HYBRID (Onsite 3 days/week)** or **Full Onsite

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled **Data Integration & Visualization Specialist** to support mission-critical data initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SQL, data visualization (Power BI), and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and evaluate new data sources to support existing and upcoming projects.
+ Collaborate with application owners to gain access to critical data systems.
+ Integrate data from non-SQL sources into SQL-based databases for unified analytics.
+ Assess and ensure data accuracy, relevance, and integrity; set and enforce quality standards.
+ Automate data processes to improve data velocity, reliability, and overall veracity.
+ Define technical requirements for integrating with tools like Power BI, Streamlit, and others.
+ Design, develop, and maintain dynamic **Power BI dashboards** , including **row-level security** using Active Directory.
+ Validate KPIs and data outputs against legacy systems; troubleshoot discrepancies.
+ Optimize data models, DAX calculations, and query performance for maximum efficiency.
+ Thoroughly document all data processes: data dictionaries, DAX catalogs, refresh schedules, RLS protocols, and runbooks.
+ Lead knowledge transfer and onboarding sessions to ensure continuity and empower team members.
Qualifications & Skills
+ **7+ years** of experience in data analysis, engineering, or related roles.
+ Strong experience with **SQL databases** and multi-source data integration.
+ Advanced proficiency in **Power BI** , including dashboard design, security configuration, and performance optimization.
+ Experience with scripting or data integration tools (e.g., **Python** ) is a plus.
+ Ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear, actionable insights.
+ Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Proven experience in building scalable, automated data workflows.
+ Solid understanding of **data warehousing** principles and best practices.
