    Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and technology sector, is seeking a MES Technical Writer to join their team. As a MES Technical Writer, you will be part of the Documentation Support team supporting system deployment and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the agile MES system deployment.

    + Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users to ensure clarity and accessibility of technical information.

    + Support the business system owner and operations lead to prepare for system deployment and ensure business readiness.

    + Develop user manuals, installation guides, SOPs, troubleshooting documents, and training materials.

    + Collaborate with SMEs, QA teams, and regulatory experts to validate documentation accuracy and compliance.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in technical writing, especially within regulated industries such as pharma or biotech.

    + Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, Veeva Vault, and SharePoint.

    + Strong understanding of system architecture, workflows, and integration points.

    + Ability to gather technical information through interviews, reviews, and testing feedback.

    + Knowledge of industry regulations such as FDA, GxP, and GDPR to ensure compliance.
