Our client, a Ceramic Manufacturer, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for processes relating to the manufacture of technical ceramics and/or metals. The ideal candidate will have prior machine operator or production technician experience, responsibility, and willingness to learn and achieve goals that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator II

Pay Range: $18.50/hr

Work schedule: 2pm-10pm Mon-Friday

What’s the Job?

+ Operate multiple basic machines and /or single complex, technial production equipment to manufacture parts in compliance with work order instructions; make machine adjustments.

+ Inspect parts to determine if products meet quality / customer specifications.

+ Transfer parts to next process via software.

+ Load, unload and stack products, transport via hand-truck.

+ Clean work area, machines, tools and equipment.

What’s Needed?

+ Prior manufacturing experience.

+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ High School Diploma.

+ Knowledge using micrometers, calipers, drop gauges,

+ Good listening skills, read and interpret standard and metric measurements.
