Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the operations supporting the manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge on maintaining large equipment , attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Mechanic

**Location:** Long Island, VA

**Pay Range:** $52,000 - $62,400 salary

**Shift:** First shift, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., outside work

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery

+ Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and efficiency

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or related field

+ Experience in supervision or team leadership is a plus

+ Knowledge of quality assurance and product management processes

+ Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands of the role

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
