    Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a dedicated and proactive TA Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruitment process, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences.     **Job Title:** TA Coordinator

    **Location:** San Jose, CA

    **Pay Range:** $28-30/hr

     

    Shift: Day

     

    Contract length: 18 months

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Schedule and coordinate interviews for all incoming candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

    + Maintain positive candidate experiences by providing friendly support and guidance throughout the interview process.

    + Coordinate with the backend organization for interview logistics and candidate travel arrangements across different time zones.

    + Manage candidate expense reports and support recruiters by inputting data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    + Assist in creating status update reports for hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.

    + 2-4 years of professional experience in administrative or coordination for a fast paced, high urgency environment.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and calendar management tools; experience with Workday and Zoom.
