**Job Title:** General Labor

**Location:** Ephrata, PA

**Pay Range:** $15

**Shift:** 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, plus overtime, no Sundays

What's the Job?

+ Assist in food preparation within a cold environment to ensure quality standards are met

+ Support the production team by handling general labor tasks efficiently and safely

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed
