    Our client, a leader in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Operations department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Operator

    **Location:** Cockeysville, MD

    **Pay Range:** $17.85

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products

    + Ensure finished products are packaged according to procedures and quality standards

    + Inspect in-process packaging and components for consistent quality and remove defective items

    + Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts

    + Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED

    + At least 1 year of industry work experience, preferably in a regulated environment

    + Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime

    + Familiarity with computers and basic mathematical calculations
