    SUMMARY

    LoveShackFancy is seeking a talented and highly creativeStylistto join our growing creative team. This role will support all styling initiatives across brand photoshoots, events, and campaigns, while also assisting with select personal styling needs for the Founder. The ideal candidate brings a strong fashion sensibility, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the LoveShackFancy aesthetic.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Collaborate with the Head of Brand Creative, Founder, and broader creative team on styling for photoshoots, campaigns, lookbooks, and press events.

    + Style product and talent for editorial, e-commerce, and social content, ensuring cohesion with brand identity.

    + Assist with personal styling for the Founder for events, appearances, and select projects.

    + Manage and organize wardrobe, samples, and accessories for shoots and creative use.

    + Partner with design, marketing, and PR teams to ensure styling reflects seasonal storytelling and collection direction.

    + Research and source pieces, vintage finds, and accessories that align with the LoveShackFancy aesthetic.

    + Support on-set during photoshoots, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully styled and camera-ready.

    + Help coordinate logistics for fittings, shoot prep, and post-shoot wardrobe management.

    + Contribute to concepting for shoots, create mood boards

    + Ideate email campaign concepts with editorial director

    + Merchandise outfitting for emails

    Requirements

    SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIORS

    + 3–5 years of experience in styling (brand, editorial, or celebrity experience preferred).

    + Strong visual eye and deep understanding of fashion and current trends.

    + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.

    + Collaborative, positive, and highly adaptable within a creative, fast-paced environment.

    + Passionate about the LoveShackFancy brand and its romantic, vintage-inspired style.

    + Availability to travel for photoshoots and events as needed

    Salary Description

    $95,000 - $130,000 annually
