Description of the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services of Studio City . The Caregiver provides assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities: * Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care (diaper changing) and dressing. * Providing medication reminders. * Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions. * Provide light housekeeping. * Assisting with mobility and transferring clients. * Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients. * Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients. * Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. * May have to do grocery shopping, pick up medication at pharmacy or accompany seniors to their medical appointments  Requirements: * Previous experience as a Caregiver/Home Care Aid for at least one year. * Two references required. * Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Ability to pass a background check. * Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results. * Able to complete in-person orientation and online initial and annual caregiver training  About the Company: Always Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors.
