Nightwing is seeking an experienced **Full Stack Developer** to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an internally developed, mission-critical application. This application serves as an integral part of Nightwing’s operations, enabling process automation, resource management, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in modern web and cloud technologies, a strong DevOps mindset, and collaborative problem-solving skills to improve functionality, scalability, and performance in alignment with Nightwing’s organizational goals.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Build, maintain, and enhance Nightwing's internal web application using **Ruby on Rails** , **JavaScript** , **SQL** , **HTML/CSS** , and other web technologies.

+ Design and implement automation tools and workflows using **GitLab CI/CD** , and container technologies like **Docker** .

+ Administer and optimize GitLab (self-hosted) instances, including SSO/SAML integration, backup/restore, and secure configurations.

+ Develop scalable cloud solutions on **AWS** , leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, ECS/ECR, and more to support application stability and performance.

+ Ensure efficient database design and queries across **PostgreSQL** , **MySQL** , and other supported platforms.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine business processes, and align technical solutions with Nightwing’s operational needs.

+ Lead testing processes, perform full regression testing, and design automation test cases using tools such as **Selenium** .

+ Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure or application-related issues through detailed analysis.

+ Triage, debug, and resolve end-user reported issues, providing Tier 2 technical support for Nightwing’s internal application.

+ Document workflows, processes, and platform changes for traceability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ 10+ years of applicable experience and a Bachelor's degree

+ Excellent communication skills, including working with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions.

Desired Skills:

+ Proven Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

+ Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as **Jira** for tracking development cycles and user stories.

+ Experience with diagnostic tools and monitoring frameworks for system performance analysis (e.g., CloudWatch logs).

+ Demonstrated ability to develop scalable web applications, write clean code, and adhere to industry standards and best practices.

+ Working knowledge of container orchestration tools or frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code principles.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
