    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. This contract position requires exceptional accuracy and efficiency in managing data, ensuring information is entered and maintained correctly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input and update data into designated systems and databases.

    • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data integrity and completeness.

    • Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly and effectively.

    • Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks with speed and precision.

    • Utilize computer software to manage and input data efficiently.

    • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.

     

    Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a data entry or related role.

     

    • Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry.

    • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with computer software and data entry systems.

    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
