Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical expertise to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of desktop systems, hardware, and software. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.

• Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies to maintain secure and efficient user access.

• Set up and maintain PC workstations, peripherals, and other hardware components to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including basic switch/router configurations and VLAN setups.

• Administer cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to support business operations.

• Implement cybersecurity measures, including password policies and endpoint protection, to safeguard sensitive information.

• Ensure compliance with IT documentation standards and assist with audit readiness by maintaining accurate records.

• Support desktop imaging processes to streamline system deployment and updates.

• Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges and improve IT workflows.

• Provide guidance to end users on best practices for data security and system usage. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.

• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, with knowledge of command-line tools for troubleshooting.

• Experience in Active Directory management, including user accounts and group policies.

• Strong understanding of PC hardware setup, peripheral installation, and maintenance.

• Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, VLANs, and router/switch configuration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration.

• Awareness of cybersecurity principles, including secure data handling and endpoint protection.
