Description We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves creating dynamic and efficient web interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless user experiences across various digital platforms. Responsibilities:

• Translate design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

• Collaborate with teams to effectively manage projects through design, development, and quality assurance stages.

• Develop and maintain user-facing features, ensuring optimal speed and scalability.

• Implement quality assurance procedures to uphold software standards and functionality.

• Identify and resolve blockers by applying creative solutions within company guidelines.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards.

• Integrate and configure plugins to enhance site functionality and user experience.

• Validate all user inputs before submission to backend systems to prevent errors.

• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in web development.

• Work on progressive redesign and maintenance initiatives to improve customer interactions with the brand. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 to 8 years of experience in front-end development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks.

• Familiarity with e-commerce systems and content management platforms.

• Proven ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Experience with quality assurance processes and software testing.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.

• Strong knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, and debugging techniques.

• Awareness of current web development trends and practices.
