In this role, you’ll serve as the right hand to advisors—handling complex administrative and client service responsibilities, improving workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience from every touchpoint. You’ll be the steady foundation that allows the advisory team to focus fully on strategy and client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and oversee all client account activity, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests.

    + Anticipate client and advisor needs, managing schedules, follow-ups, and service requests with discretion and efficiency.

    + Lead the preparation of reports, portfolio reviews, and meeting documentation for clients and prospects.

    + Collaborate with advisors to enhance client workflows, refine service standards, and improve overall operational processes.

    + Support compliance and documentation processes while maintaining strict confidentiality.

    + Manage client onboarding and transitions with precision and care.

    + Serve as a mentor to junior staff, setting an example of excellence in service, accuracy, and communication.

    Requirements

    + 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client service or advisor support role.

    + Familiarity with wealth management processes, financial documentation, and CRM platforms.

    + Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Highly organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

    + Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
