    Description

    Robert Half’s law firm client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports a busy legal team including Real Estate (Hospitality) Attorneys and Corporate Attorneys, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

     

    Job Title: Corporate Legal Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

     

    Pay Rate: $25+/hour

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to attorneys in Real Estate and Corporate practice groups

    + Manage attorney calendars and schedule Zoom meetings

    + Handle billing processes (corporate legal billing experience required)

    + Enter attorney time into billing systems

    + Maintain and organize legal documents using DocsOpen and iManage

    + Utilize Office 365 and OneDrive for document creation and collaboration

    + Coordinate internal and external communications

    + Assist with general office tasks and legal team support as needed

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a detail-oriented law firm setting.

     

    Proficiency in word processing with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

     

    Prior experience in a corporate legal environment is required

     

    Strong proficiency in Office 365, OneDrive, and Zoom

     

    Experience with DocsOpen and/or iManage is a plus

     

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

     

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

     

    Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
