HR Generalist

Are you an experienced Human Resources professional looking to advance in your career? Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our client's team based in Lancaster County, PA. This role is critical to managing and supporting human resources operations across multiple locations in a production-based environment. The HR Generalist will ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and promote a positive and productive work culture. Key Responsibilities:

+ Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

+ HR Policy Administration: Consistently apply HR policies and procedures across all organizational locations.

+ Employee Support: Provide guidance and solutions to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

+ Employee Relations: Conduct fair and compliant investigations to address employee concerns and issues.

+ Job Descriptions: Partner with managers to create, review, and update job descriptions that align with organizational needs.

+ Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, streamline onboarding processes, and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.

+ Safety Programs: Oversee and lead safety initiatives, ensuring compliance across site-level protocols, conduct safety audits, facilitate employee training, and investigate workplace incidents.

+ Performance Management: Support initiatives focused on employee development and performance management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or manufacturing/distribution environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are highly desirable.

• Background in managing safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
