    Description

    My client, a Public Biotech who is commercial is hiring for a VP of Accounting & Finance to join their team. The VP of Accounting & Finance will report to the CFO and oversee all of Accounting and be heavily involved in process improvement, operations, policies/procedures and alot more! Compensation for this position is $250-300K + 30% Bonus + Equity. This company is doing really well, went commercial in 2025, has an awesome culture with very limited turnover, offers great benefits, alot of time off, a hybrid arrangement where they are basically 100% remote and a whole lot more!

    Requirements

    + Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

    + 15-20+ years of Public/Private Accounting experience

    + CPA

    + Life Sciences experience from a Biotech or Pharma

    + Public Company experience

    + Strong Operations and Process improvement experience
