Description

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven AutoCAD Designer with a strong background in restaurant design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on transforming concepts into buildable realities — from initial sketches and layouts to final design documentation.

In this position, you’ll take full ownership of your projects, bringing both creative and technical expertise to every stage of the process. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to create restaurant environments that balance brand identity, functionality, and aesthetic impact.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead all design phases for multiple restaurant projects, from concept development through construction documentation

+ Create and refine AutoCAD drawings, elevations, and detailed plans that accurately reflect design intent

+ Translate sketches and conceptual ideas into precise, buildable designs

+ Partner with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and consistency

+ Select and apply appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings specific to restaurant applications

+ Conduct on-site evaluations, field measurements, and construction reviews as needed

+ Maintain brand standards and ensure design compliance with codes and regulations

+ Manage deadlines, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of interior design experience focused exclusively on restaurant projects

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Architecture required

+ Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate creative ideas into technical drawings

+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

+ Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a broader team
